Who can see your timeline

Your entries, patients, and medications are tied to your account. Database access rules only return rows where the signed-in user is the owner — nobody else's account can read your data, and your account cannot read anyone else's.

How your data is protected

• All traffic between your device and Care Chronicle is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
• Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest.
• Authentication is handled by a managed identity provider; we never see your password.
• Payments are processed by Stripe — your card details never touch our servers.

What we do with your data

We use your entries only to: (1) show your own timeline, (2) generate the PDF report you choose to download, and (3) answer your own natural-language questions about your timeline. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party models for other customers.

Voice & AI processing

Voice recordings are transcribed by an AI provider and the transcript is then summarized for your timeline. Audio is processed for transcription only and is not retained for advertising or third-party training.

Export & delete your data

You can download a full JSON export of everything in your account (entries, patients, medications, subscription status) from the dashboard at any time. You can also permanently delete your account and all associated data — this action cannot be undone.
